Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It covers the website only. Once you become a client, the terms of business we give you set out how your information is handled from then on.

Who we are
Concierge Health Insure, part of Concierge Health Group, is the data controller for the information collected here. Our registered company name and address will be published on this page before launch.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, whether your enquiry is about health or life cover, how you would like us to reply, and anything you write in the message box.
We do not ask for medical information through this website, and you should not send any. If we need it in order to advise you, we will collect it properly once you are a client.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, where you have asked us to, to talk to you about arranging cover. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend. The form is protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the submission rather than reading your answers. Each of these processes data on our instructions only.
If your enquiry leads to a quote, we share what is needed with the insurers we approach on your behalf. We will tell you which ones.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records relating to advice we have given are kept for the period the regulator requires. The exact periods will be published here before launch.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
